Bottle creates digital division
PR Week UK, Wednesday, 21 November 2007, 6:00pm,
Oxford agency Bottle PR has opened a digital division called Bottle 2.0.
The move, which brings all the agency’s online services in-house, will give consumer and B2B clients access to digital tools including blogs and podcasts.
Bottle has signed up Adrian Moss to head the division. He joins from Focus Business Communications, for which he developed client podcasts and web videos.
‘With almost a fifth of the world’s population now on the internet, and millions of members logging on to social network sites, no marketing department can afford to ignore online PR,’ Moss said.
Bottle decided to start the digital division after working on the September launch of search engine Wabbadabba.co.uk in September. The agency’s brief was to generate web coverage and foster relationships with bloggers.
