Four on Kettle Foods’ shortlist
PR Week UK, Wednesday, 31 October 2007, 6:00pm,
Kettle Foods is reviewing its external PR support and has drawn up a shortlist of four agencies.
Frank PR, Munro & Forster, Consolidated and three-year incumbent Phipps will be asked to pitch this month. A decision will be made by the end of the year, with the winning agency starting in January next year.
The chosen agency will handle the company’s PR, with the main emphasis on consumer work.
Kettle Foods called in Hill & Knowlton to help this month following criticism over its attempt to stop workers from unionising.
It also appointed Andrew Slamin as marketing director in September.
