Tribute hands £1m beer brief to Bray Leino

LONDON - Full-service agency Bray Leino has won a £1m media contract to raise awareness of Tribute beer in the South West.
Bray Leino, part of the Mission Marketing Group, has devised a two-year multimedia campaign across regional press, digital and outdoor, supported by the strapline "You’ve Earned it" as well as a new logo.
The focal point of the campaign is a major rugby sponsorship programme, covering 157 rugby clubs in 14 leagues across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset during the 2007/08 season.
Tribute Beer is now the "Official Beer of South West Rugby"; the leagues have also been renamed the Tribute South West Leagues.
A variety of branded merchandise, including posters, training balls and water bottles, will be distributed at matches.
Tribute beer is brewed at St Austell Brewery, which already backs gig rowing and sailing in Cornwall and Devon. The brewery, which appointed Bray Leino without a pitch, has previously handled media buying and creative work in-house.
Devon-based Bray Leino was founded in 1974, and acquired by regional advertising and marketing network The Mission Marketing Group in 2006. Its agency business offers advertising, design and strategic planning services, as well as web, new media, sales promotion, product development and consulting services. The Bray Leino Group also operates companies specialising in public relations, events and learning.
Bray Leino recently won the £100,000 media buying account for University College Falmouth after a three-way pitch.
