IPA attracts five new members

LONDON - The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) has elected five new members, bringing its total membership to 269.
The newly elected agencies are: full service agency AVC Brand Advertising; planning communications agency Goodstuff Communications; full service agency Isle of Man Advertising & PR; search agency Spannerworks; and media planning and buying agency The 7 Stars.
The IPA is the industry body and professional institute for UK advertising, media and marketing communications agencies.
It was established in 1917 as a servicing body to negotiate on behalf of its members with media bodies, government departments and unions.
