London agency Sputnik Communications has been appointed to handle the consumer PR around the launch of Cadbury-owned brand The Natural Confectionery Company.

Sputnik will be involved in ‘building the brand from underground’, according to account director Bridget Bottomley.

The consumer and exper­iential campaign will work to push the message that the natural sweets are free from artificial colours and flavours.
