Grey Global Group has announced the launch of a new agency focused on delivering customer relationship management solutions. Grey Desire is headed by Peter Boggs, president and chief operating officer of Grey Direct International, with Miles Murphy as managing director and Andy Blackford as director of integration. Start-up clients are understood to include Procter & Gamble, Mars and SmithKline Beecham, three of the Grey network's existing clients.
