As account wins go it’s out of this world: Wimbledon-based PR firm Focus
Marketing Communications has been chosen by PolyGram to launch National
Lottery star-gazer Mystic Meg’s debut album.
Agency MD Brian Oliver is blase about the forthcoming PR campaign for
the album ‘Secrets of your Stars’, which has Mystic Meg expounding
profiles of the signs of the zodiac and - it says here - features ‘a
unique combination of Mystic Meg’s highly distinctive voice and suitably
mystical ambient music’.
‘This is one of our most straightforward accounts,’ insists Oliver,
‘because all we need to do is ask Mystic Meg to predict which
publications will carry the story and focus on those.’ If only it was
that easy.
