Robin Pauley has been appointed director of corporate communications at BT, with effect from November 1. He is currently managing editor of the Financial Times.

Jim Mercer has joined ID Data Systems as its new marketing manager. He
was previously customer loyalty manager at Bass.
David Henson has joined One 2 One, as director of its newly created
business unit. Previous employers include NB3, BT and, most recently,
Dolphin Telecommunications.
Graeme Stanley is the new director of broadcasting at ONdigital. He
joins from Cable & Wireless, where he was director of consumer
media.
Nick Bowman has been appointed director of customer services,
responsible for developing and managing ONdigital’s call centres.
John Bushell, formerly at Caledonian Golf Group, has taken on the new
role of head of marketing and commercial affairs at English First
Division Rugby in a attempt to bring English rugby to a wider
audience.
Lisa McCormack has been appointed to Revolution’s client services team
to work on the BAA, Bolero, Nortel, 3Com and Coutts account teams.
Mark Humphrys is the new associate director at Manifesto. He was
formerly at Prudential Retail, as head of customer retention
marketing.
Linda Allen has been promoted to client services director at Burnett
Associates, where she will be responsible for the National Canine
Defense League and The Co-operative Bank accounts. She was previously
account director at OgilvyOne.
