Dementia charity plots donor push
Staff, Marketing, Wednesday, 02 May 2007, 12:00am,
LONDON - The Alzheimer's Society is targeting more than 250,000 people with a two-pronged direct campaign.
The work, by Arc, focuses on a report on dementia in the UK, produced by the London School of Economics and King's College London, and sponsored by the charity.
Separate executions have been created for existing and potential donors, with the work spanning direct mail and door-drops.
The mailing targeting new donors presents a set of facts taken from the report, such as one in 20 over-65s in the UK is affected by dementia. The work sent to existing supporters of the charity is aimed at increasing the frequency and size of their donations.
