Utarget recruits as business booms

Online advertising sales house Utarget has taken on three members of staff following venture capital investment of £2.5m earlier this year and new business wins including Five Life and Five US, Ocean Finance and Redrow Homes.
Robert Black becomes sales manager of the newly created UtargetTV division, which allows advertisers to stream large-format, targeted, 15 to 60 second TV and video ads on the internet. He joins from eBay, where he worked on the Global Instant Win marketing promotion.
Steve Broadhead joins as agency sales manager to work across its subs, contextual, bar and interstitial networks, following three years at Sky. He will liaise with key agencies such as Starcom, Manning Gottlieb OMD and Profero.
Graeme Lynch has been appointed Utarget's head planner and buyer, from OMD UK.
