Cancer charities tie with buyagift

Leading breast cancer charities have joined forces to partner with online retailer buyagift.com to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month next month.
The collaborating charities, which include Breakthrough Breast Cancer, are selling a limited-edition 'makeover experience' box of gifts through the buyagift.com website.
The 'Pink Experience' comprises haircuts at Burlington hairdressers and a makeover, manicure, facial and photo shoot by makeover specialist new>id. The box will be priced £49, with 50% going to the charities.
During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the charities are to organise separate events to raise funds. Breast Cancer Campaign is holding a 'Wear it pink' day on 27 October, while Cancer Research UK is hosting 'All Walk Together' sponsored walks in a bid to raise more than £1m.
