Martin Dawes Telecommunications launches its new web site this week

to provide support for customers using its internet services.

Eventually, the company plans to sell a range of products and services

over the net.

The site will initially be an all-round information service that points

users to the best sites on the internet. The site is divided into

categories including news, business information, entertainment, sport,

travel, lifestyle, education and technology.

Martin Dawes intends to use the web site to provide support for its

’Breathe net’ customers, a service which offers consumers free access to

the internet.

The site will be personalised for these customers and will allow the

company to monitor what each customer is viewing. It will then target

consumers with relevant direct mail.

Martin Dawes has appointed online sales house TSMSi to sell banner space

on the site, and find sponsors. TSMSi is currently talking to possible

sponsors in the IT and telecoms industry.

Breathe net will be aimed at families. Free CDs, allowing consumers to

access the internet service, will be distributed at selected Toys ’R’ Us

stores. The site is located at www.timetobreathe.net.
