BLM Quantum has hired Rupy Kaur to become online media manager from agency Tribal DDB.

At Tribal DDB, Kaur spent four years in both branding and direct response strategies, including planning and buying for Nationwide Building Society and Volkswagen.

In her new role, Kaur will work across a number of integrated BLM Group accounts including GNER and Bourne Leisure. She will also be tasked with new business development and growing online spend of existing BLM Group clients.

Prior to Tribal, Kaur worked for Harvest Digital across Tesco Personal Finance, Norwich Union Direct and Monster.co.uk.

BLM's digital division has also appointed a graduate online media executive, Brendan Walsh, who will work across clients which include T-Mobile and Intelligent Finance.

Louise Peacocke, group account director at BLM Quantum, said: "Rupy is a great addition to the team and brings a lot of experience. With the accelerated growth of our business and big wins such as MBNA and GNER, we need more people like Brendan who can support teams working across the BLM Group."
