UK Charity Lotteries will be targeting customers with the tagline ‘Is
Lady Luck With You?’ in its first TV advertising, which breaks early in
January.
The advertising, which will feature an image of Lady Luck, also hopes to
appeal to women, who make up more than 60% of scratchcard customers.
It is hoped ‘Lady Luck’ will become UK Charity Lotteries’ equivalent of
Camelot’s ‘finger of fortune’ for the National Lottery.
The tagline and female image for the TV campaign are previewed in a new
pounds 50,000 scratchcard game, The Lukcy Game, currently feeding into
the retail network for a simultaneous launch next month.
UK Charity Lotteries is celebrating new distribution deals with four
national retailers, Forbuoys, Thresher, Shell and Total.
The deals bring the total of Lukcy outlets to 20,000, including 685
Forbuoys newsagents and 800 Shell UK forecourt sites.
