Greenwich triumphs over station

PR Week UK, Friday, 11 August 2006, 12:00am,

Greenwich Council is promoting its success in lobbying for a Crossrail station. The south London borough has been pushing the Government for a station since 2005. 'The station will help generate up to 2,300 local jobs and 4,350 homes. At least 35 per cent of homes will be affordable,' said a spokesman. The council is targeting local and trade press.
