Fosbury, currently head of broadcast marketing, will be responsible for a team of 11, and will handle all corporate communications. In addition, she will work with Emap2, Emap Advertising's in-house agency.
A former research manager at now-defunct Motive Communications, Fosbury also worked at ITV sales house TSMS.
In her new position, she will report to Marcus Rich, managing director of Emap Advertising.
