Feel Good looks at confectionery
Marketing, Wednesday, 22 February 2006, 12:00am,
Independent drinks company Feel Good Drinks is considering expanding into the confectionery sector.
The company, which has registered a trademark for Feel Good Confectionery, currently sells soft drinks.
Feel Good is understood to be considering a range of products including smoothies, yoghurts and cereal bars. The company, which offers natural products, is well positioned to benefit from growing consumer concern over healthy eating.
Co-founder Steve Cooper said there were no immediate plans to launch confectionery. 'We are an ambitious bunch and are always looking for new things to launch,' he said. 'But at the moment, Feel Good Drinks is the focus and there are a number of plans we are considering.'
