Global consulting firm Accenture has completed the acquisition of UK media auditing company, Media Audits.

Global consulting firm Accenture has completed the acquisition of UK media auditing company, Media Audits.

As a result of the acquisition, Accenture Marketing Sciences now has in excess of 200 professionals providing services related to the measurement, evaluation and optimization of marketing and media investments to more than 400 clients.

Julian Spooner, the former chief executive officer of Media Audits and new chief operating officer of Accenture Marketing Sciences, said, "As part of the expanded Accenture Marketing Sciences organization, we look forward to bringing a new set of rigorous processes and measures to the decision-making and overall management of this business discipline."
