IDeA writes guide on ‘tougher CPA’
PR Week UK, Thursday, 08 December 2005, 12:00am,
The Improvement and Development Agency has launched its latest toolkit for council communicators.
Connecting with Communities is a web-based module that gives guidelines on the Audit Commission's tougher Comprehensive Performance Assessment (PRWeek, 6 October).
The IDeA toolkit advises on communicating the CPA changes internally and externally, managing timetables and publishing results. It also counsels on securing favourable interest from the media and dealing with leaks.
