Motorola appoints MindShare
Caitlin Fitzsimmons, Media Week, Wednesday, 02 November 2005, 1:07pm,
MindShare is tipped to have scooped the £83m pan-European media planning and buying account for Motorola.
The WPP-owned agency beat Aegis-owned Carat in a final two-way pitch after earlier seeing off competition from UK incumbent Universal McCann.
The decision marks the end of a global review of media for the mobile phone manufacturer, with MindShare winning the account in Asia Pacific and Carat in North America.
