Venues fight for top media titles

Media watering holes The Ivy and Hakkasan are battling it out for the title of best place to schmooze a client, with just one vote separating them in the FHM 100 Media Doors competition.
The competition sets out to find the top 100 places media folk need to know about, from the top places to hold a meeting, or celebrate an account win, to where to get the best haircut.
Among retailers, Selfridges is, so far, the favourite place to kit oneself out for an important meeting, while the Media Week Awards is currently judged the best place to network.
Votes can be cast at fhm100mediadoors.com before 1 November.
Voters can win exclusive prize packages, including an iPod Photo, a Sony PSP, an Xbox, two tickets to an FHM party and a luxury day at a spa. The agency that matches the most votes closest to the judging panel's selections will receive a trophy: Carat is currently in the lead.
