Rainger joins RAC in campaign role
PR Week UK, Thursday, 20 October 2005, 12:00am,
The RAC Foundation has recruited Sheila Rainger as campaigns manager, replacing Sarah Forrow who left for renewable energy agency Regen SW after just one year.
Rainger will promote the RAC's stance on issues such as safety and road pricing – including the congestion charge. Based at the RAC Club in London, she reports to executive director Edmund King and head of campaigns Sue Nicholson.
Rainger was previously deputy PA secretary for the Archbishop of Canterbury. She has been replaced by Rich Chapman, ex-assistant to Paul Boateng MP.
