Advertisers already signed up for the O'Neill's sites include WKD, Transport for London and a government campaign about mobile phone theft.
Hi-Tech currently operate 18,000 washroom panels across 150 bar operating groups including Vodka Revolution, Puzzle's and Bar Fly.
Hi-Tech also offer additional bar media formats including, sound panels, beer mats, matchbooks and heat sensitive urinal stickers.
Rob Sutton, sales director at Hi-Tech, said: "Hi-Tech are adding new and quality bar venues which have never before been available to advertisers, encouraging growth throughout the whole market. The strategy will continue with further new bar brands being announced early 2005."
O'Neill's is the largest Irish bar brand in the world and caters for over 570,000 18-35 year-old drinkers every week, according to Hi-Tech.
