English Partnerships: a £6m account |
The Government's urban regeneration agency English Partnerships has put its £6m planning and buying task up for review.
The above-the-line account is currently held by full-service agency Marten Gibbon Associates, as well as six provincial agencies, with Total Media handling online advertising.
The statutory review follows a decision to consolidate the regional and London headquarter business into a single unit.
The shortlist is believed to involve up to eight agencies, including incumbent MGA.
MediaVest Manchester currently handles the Government agency business for the Mersey Partnership, one of the six regions overseen by the London-based umbrella organization expected to pitch for the business.
English Partnerships is a Government agency handling property-led regeneration and development. Ongoing initiatives include the Millennium Communities project and the £385m National Coalfields Programme, aimed at improving local areas. The agency also helps to create new jobs, homes and investment by supporting local communities to improve their environments.
