LONDON – The CPP Group has extended its contract with database management company GB Group to continue its support of targeting existing and new customers with insurance and protection products.
CPP has worked with GB Group's DataSolutions division for over four years, providing support and protection to more than 7m UK customers including the protection of debit, credit and store cards, mobile phones, identities, keys and financial status.
Data analysts will work with CPP's marketing and operations teams to uncover new behavioural trends and endure data optimisation.
Richard Coates, marketing director at CPP Group, said: "Our relationship with GB Group has had a positive impact on our marketing and operational success on multiple levels. This year, the company will help us to further understand how to optimise our marketing communications.
"This will help us to maximise our sales opportunities and further improve return on investment from our acquisition, cross-sell and renewal programmes."
GB Group designs and hosts databases and analyses customer data for companies including Laura Ashley, WH Smith, Screwfix Direct, Flying Brands, Hillarys Blinds, Coral Racing, Npower, De Vere Group and Stena Line.
