CIA buys Norwegian media agency

- Tempus Group, the London based holding company for CIA Medianetwork, is to acquire outright Oslo-based media buying agency, Media Marketing.

The new company, Norway's third biggest media buying agency, will be renamed CIA Media Marketing. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition concludes talks begun in 1997 when Tempus signed a letter of intent to acquire the company.
Elsewhere in the region, Tempus is in talks to acquire Danish media buying agency MediaCentralen, which is based in Copenhagen.
