Branding news: Red Cross ads to focus on training
Marketing, Wednesday, 16 March 2005, 10:58am,
The British Red Cross has hired branding agency Loewy to raise the profile of its own-branded first aid training services.
Loewy will develop all marketing material including brochures, business press ads and online banner ads. It won the business following a three-way pitch.
The appointment marks the first time that the charity has directly focused marketing on its first aid training.
The creative concept will be based on the question, 'Are you in safe hands?', and will use images illustrating the charity's expertise in first aid.
The British Red Cross provides training at 200 venues across the UK.
