AMD Advertising will provide the creative solutions for both the on and offline work for the portal brand, and Chime Online will advise on the general marketing strategy. TBWA will continue to handle the company's branding for its insurance brand.
The site is due to launched early next year in the UK, France, Belgium and Germany with a multi-million pound advertising campaign created with the help of all of AXA's roster agencies.
Graham Hill, chief executive of e-business at AXA UK said: "Financial products are ideal for marketing online. There is a distinctive gap in the market place for AXA to offer tailored assistance from a trusted source - we aim to fill this through an enhancement to our new UK website www.axa.co.uk.
