- The music web site iCrunch is to take banner advertising for the first time and has set up a commercial department to deal with the new revenue stream.

The portal has poached Dionne Georgiou, former new media sales manager at IPC magazines, to be commercial manager of the department.
Both BOL and Music365 have signed up to advertise on the site, and Georgiou is also working on developing e-commerce opportunities for iCrunch.
