Exchange Holdings, the UK personal finance group of websites, has signed a deal with has signed a co-branding deal with Yahoo UK and Ireland.
Exchange Holdings, the UK personal finance group of websites, has signed a deal with has signed a co-branding deal with Yahoo UK and Ireland.
The deal is the first major portal distribution deal Exchange Holdings has signed since floating on the stock exchange earlier this year. The personal finance services will be provided by Exchange's Moneyextra.com website.
Exchange's share price was boosted by announcement of the deal and was up to 381p this morning, a rise of around 60p on last week. Exchange is the UK's third-largest dotcom company by market capitalisation behind auction house, QXL, and Freeserve.
