Motive Communications has launched an online service to allow agency staff and clients to easily manage and monitor media campaigns from start to finish on the web.
Dubbed Motive Surveyor, the service is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week by all staff and clients involved in a project via an extranet, a secure business-to-business website.
The service has been in development since the beginning of the year, and has been piloted in association with the Motive client, NatWest.
Ian Schoolar, head of brand communication at NatWest, said: "For a multi-divisional organisation of our size, Motive Surveyor will prove to be an invaluable online tool. We have already seen tangible benefits in terms of increased productivity and efficiency."
The system features top-end security encryption ensuring total confidentiality, and a user-friendly interface that enables Motive to train client staff in around 45 minutes.
Motive worked with the media technology specialists, MediaTel as consultants and developers on the Surveyor project.
Mark Cranmer, managing director of Motive Communications, said: "Surveyor delivers a new digital dimension to campaign management. Beyond the crucial time- and cost-saving benefits of the programme, it allows us to take another step towards a key Motive mission: making the client/agency relationship as transparent as possible."
