Octagon, The Interpublic Group-owned sports marketing and entertainment group, has acquired the UK events and sponsorship firm, Davies Day, for an undisclosed sum.
Octagon, The Interpublic Group-owned sports marketing and entertainment group, has acquired the UK events and sponsorship firm, Davies Day, for an undisclosed sum.
Davies Day will continue to operate under its existing management, within the Octagon Marketing division. The company's clients include the government departments of health and education and employment, as well as brands including Moet Hennessy, Raymond Weil and Bauer.
Davies has been responsible in the past for creating events such as the Moet & Chandon Fashion Tribute and the Teacher's Round Britain Challenge.
