WEB WATCH: SPORTS SITES
KIRSI WILSON, director of interactive a, Campaign, Friday, 09 June 2000, 12:00am,
The recent England test matches against Zimbabwe seem to have done their bit to push cricket to the top of our sports websites table. However, after CricInfo it is nearly all football. There are the football-dominated general sports sites - Sportal.com and Sports.com - followed by two of the larger straight football sites in PlanetFootball and Teamtalk. Arsenal FC is the only Premier League website to make the top ten while the PA and Trinity Mirror venture SportingLife is the only representative from the world of traditional publishing.
