Its first work, to roll out next year, will promote Regus' flexible office space and meeting room products. Activity will include direct mail, digital marketing and press advertising.
Regus has also asked Meteorite to overhaul its customer relationship management. Its customer data is currently gathered by a variety of departments such as call centres. Centralising the activity will enable Regus to improve the cross-selling of products such as its virtual office service, which enables companies to have business addresses in 55 countries.
Meteorite was appointed by Una Short, UK head of marketing communications at Regus, following a fiveway pitch.
