Ramblers focuses on families in membership drive

LONDON - The Ramblers Association is seeking to broaden its appeal with a membership recruitment drive.
A mailing created by Bristol agency Flourish Direct Marketing will target 100,000 under-50s, with a specific focus on families who enjoy walking.
The campaign is aimed at people in the countryside and those in cities who take country breaks.
The work will use the strapline "You walk to be free" and highlights the association's status as the only charity dedicated to representing the interests of walkers.
Inside the mailing will be information on the mental and physical benefits of walking.
