College Hill lands St Modwen brief
Dan Bloch, PR Week UK, Friday, 03 December 2004, 12:00am,
Specialist urban regenerator and brownfield site developer St Modwen has hired College Hill to handle a revamped financial and corporate comms brief following a four-way pitch.
The property firm put the account up for review after the account leader at Weber Shandwick Square Mile, Reg Hoare, left to join Smithfield.
But neither Smithfield nor WS Square Mile succeeded in the subsequent pitch in which Financial Dynamics was also involved.
College Hill is to handle financial PR but will also have a corporate brief highlighting St Modwen’s efforts to consult local communities and authorities affected by the projects the company is involved with.
