H&K calls in pair to health division

Hill & Knowlton has bolstered its UK health and pharma practice by hiring Darren Back from Ruder Finn and Jaimella Shaikh from Medicom Group.
The brace of appointments follows the exit of associate director Stephanie Snow, who has left the agency after three years and is understood to have become a freelance consultant.
Back, a former sales rep at Novartis, joined this week as an account director from Ruder Finn, where he worked for four years.
Shaikh has joined as an account manager – the same title she held at Medicom.
