S4C hires Hartley ahead of review
PR Week UK, Friday, 06 August 2004, 12:00am,
Welsh-language channel S4C has poached Welsh Assembly head of corporate communications Tim Hartley as it prepares to launch a review of its comms.
Hartley will become S4C director of corporate affairs in September, a role that has been expanded following the departure of Alun Davies, who left to set up Cardiff-based PA firm Bute Communications (PRWeek, 23 July).
An S4C spokesman said Hartley’s remit would include building relations with organisations such as the Welsh Language Board.
