Hawkins and E&E in training launch

Polling company Communicate Research (CR) has teamed up with recruiter Ellwood & Ellwood to launch a PA training programme.
Starting in September, the three-step courses will cover an introduction to PA, a PA practitioners’ day, where an industry figure will give practical advice, and specialist courses on topics such as crisis management, select committee management and benchmarking.
CR chief executive Andrew Hawkins, formerly chief executive of the Investor Relations Society, said: ‘I recognise how underserved the public affairs market is compared to IR.’
