Spirit Advertising has underlined its commitment to the interactive business arena with the creation of a separate digital company to complement its existing offer.
E-Spirit Interactive will offer clients digital solutions across the web, WAP and multimedia, with the intention of moving into interactive television.
The agency launched with the belief that offering a one-stop shop is imperative to branding consistency. 'Any ideas we've put forward have gone through the entire range of media to make sure they can sustain the mix. We want to create delightful environments by giving the brand consistency through a full service,' Ali Mirza, the managing partner of e-Spirit Interactive, said.
The division, comprising 14 staff, is overseen by Mirza and operates in-house. Mirza previously worked at Carat, McCann-Erickson in South Africa and Bozell in Switzerland before being headhunted by Richard Hammond and Mitch Levy, the founding partners of Spirit.
E-Spirit Interactive's client list includes Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, 3DFX Europe, Eagle Star, Student World and GE Capital.
