British Gas uses digital for repair task
Staff,, Marketing, Thursday, 20 February 2003, 7:00am,
LONDON - British Gas is reinforcing its positioning as a comprehensive home services provider with a technology-driven customer acquisition campaign promoting its central heating repair offer, Central Heating Care.
The Centrica-owned firm, which is reviewing its above-the-line spend through The Haystack Group, is focusing the latest ad on 'healthcare for the home'.
Created by EHS Brann, the campaign is the first by British Gas to make use of 'rich-media' pop-up ads alongside Flash banners, e-mail, doordrop and direct mail activity targeting more than one million consumers.
