Diageo and Brown-Forman are locked in a legal wrangle over who controls the rights to distribute Jack Daniel's in the UK. Brown-Forman ended a 17-year distribution deal with Diageo in July and handed control to Bacardi-Martini, but Diageo claims it should have had renewal rights.
