HONG KONG: Eurocom PR Network has expanded into Asia-Pacific, forming an alliance with tech PR firm Upstream Asia, which has headquarters in Hong Kong. Eurocom chief executive Tom Burgess said they plan to use the relationship to focus on cross-country work between Europe and Asia-Pacific.
