Borkowski PR hired
PR Week UK, Friday, 08 November 2002, 12:00am,
Borkowski PR was last week hired on a pan-European remit to reposition entertainment firm Imax, the company behind dramatic cinemas with screens many times the size of usual film theatre screens. The company has hired Borkowski to boost awareness of Imax among mainstream consumer audiences.
Borkowski is to organise a 'relaunch event' at London's bfi Imax cinema later this month. Imax, which has gained a reputation for broadcasting educational films, wants to secure more blockbusters for its massive screens.
Senior account manager Megan Dales reports to Imax NY-based V-P corporate marketing and communications Romi Schutzer.
