ANIMAL WELFARE: Campaigning to Protect Hunted Animals has launched a promotional drive to publicise a MORI survey that has revealed 73 per cent of people believe the Government has taken too long to decide its stance on hunting with dogs. Public hearings on the issue started last week. The CPHA is an umbrella group of the International Fund for Animal Welfare, the RSPCA and the League Against Cruel Sports.
