ACQUISITION: Premier PR has acquired TV PR and marketing specialist Maxworks. Maxworks' clients include Fox Kids Europe and BBC Worldwide. Its founder Fiona Eldridge will become co-MD of Premier, which is part of the Miracle Media Group.
