INTERNATIONAL: The Hoffman Agency has appointed Steffi Schlem

MUNICH: Technology PR firm The Hoffman Agency has appointed Steffi Schlem as general manager of its German office in Munich. Schlem joins from UK technology PR agency AxiCom, where she was a consultant. Hoffman has also hired Shingo Nomuro as general manager for Hoffman Japan.
