Instagram, the photo sharing site that was recently acquired by Facebook, has disabled a feature that improves the way its photos are displayed in Twitter users' streams. The images will still show on Twitter, but because the 'cards' feature has been removed, they will not appear correctly and could look cropped.
Campaign, PRWeek's sister title, has launched an app on Apple's App Store. It is a joint venture between Haymarket's in-house development team and Kaldor Group, using Kaldor's Pugpig platform and HTML5 technology. The launch of the app is being supported by Newsworks, the newspaper marketing body.
I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!'s 12th series peaked with 10.6 million viewers on 1 December, a 47 per cent audience share. The five-minute peak audience for ITV's reality show came as viewers tuned into ITV1, ITV1 HD and ITV1 +1 at 10.15pm to watch Charlie Brooks, who plays Janine Butcher in EastEnders, crowned jungle queen. Brooks beat Pussycat Dolls' Ashley Roberts, with boxer David Hayes taking third place.
Auto Express, the weekly car magazine published by Dennis, has launched an iPad app, which includes interactive ads for Mazda, Jaguar and Remington. The app will be free for the issues between now and 2 January.
