RLM Finsbury has appointed Canny Lo as associate partner in Hong Kong. Lo, who joins from iPR Ogilvy, has more than ten years' experience in the Hong Kong market, focusing on consumer sector transactions. She has advised on some of Hong Kong's highest profile initial public offerings, including China Life Insurance Company, L'Occitane International and Glencore International.

Engine Group, the UK's largest independent comms group and owner of MHP Communications, has experienced a 22.6 per cent year-on-year drop in 2011 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA). But group revenue rose to £82.9m, an increase of 12.2 per cent year-on-year.
