Health specialist Tudor Reilly brings in Weber Shandwick's Conor Griffin

Formerly director and European client relationship leader at Weber Shandwick, Griffin has been charged with a business development brief, working alongside managing director Julie Walters and fellow directors Peter Coe and Sharon Chilton.

Griffin’s 12 years’ experience in healthcare include two years as international comms manager for Roche, where he was responsible for the company’s cardiovascular and diabetes franchise.

Before this, he was head of corporate comms for Novo Nordisk, Europe North region.

Walters said: ‘[Griffin] brings with him a fantastic track record of working on successful international campaigns for big agencies and in-house clients. His skills and expertise will help us to continue growing in 2012 and beyond.’
